The Electric EG.5 Goggles have all the same style and features as the EG1, however, they won’t swallow your face. The EG.5 is a smaller frame for those of you with a smaller face. Often this goggle works great for women. You will love the EG.5’s cylindrical lens that helps eliminate fog and the lightweight contoured frame which looks and feels great on.

4out of 5

Sizing: Feels true to size
Pros: Good Fit, Good Visibility, Lightweight, Stylish, Does Not Fog
Best Uses: Snowboarding
Describe Yourself: Advanced

I picked up the Electric EG5’s in hopes they would be a solid goggle and they are. The fit is great, I have great peripheral vision with them and the lenses are awesome since I received 2 of them when I purchased the goggles. I use the mirrored lense for bright sunny days and rose for most other days riding. Overall I’m really happy with the goggles and can’t wait to spend more days this season wearing them.

I actually have a question about the EG.5s. Do you know if there is a difference between the 08 and 09 models of the EG.5s? Thanks 🙂

I don’t know off the top of my head. I doubt there would be a significant change other than the look of it.
