So while riding at Copper on Sunday I had a boot malfunction with my Vans Omni Focus which I mentioned in my blog here but I kept riding after solving the issue with duct tape.
Today I called up Boa Technologies since they are based here in Steamboat Springs, explained my issue to them and I was able to bring my boots to their office to get the boa knob fixed. So during my lunch break I got to visit the Boa Technology office, it took less than 5 minutes for them to help get my boa knob back on and tightened everything so my boots were good to go!
I was stoked…and I got to take home a spare boa tool (which I needed since I can’t find my old one).
