Steamboat 2/24/08

24 Feb, 2008

I met up with Jakub for some early afternoon riding. I gave him my Never Summer Premier F1 to take out for a couple days and give feedback on. I was riding the Never Summer Lotus today.
It’s been warming up so this afternoon the sun kept trying to poke through the clouds. A storm is on the way, so the wind was picking up today as well. We hit up Sundown and Sunshine which was pretty empty in terms of people on the runs.

Since Jakub had to go back to work, we made our way back down to lower mountain where I met up with Pete to ride the half pipe for the afternoon.

Pete took the camera and got some shots of me riding halfpipe

I’m feeling more consistent in my pipe riding but I’m definitely holding back. I wanna start working on grabs and getting more air…so hopefully I’ll be stepping up to that soon.
