Never Summer bringing splitboards to production

October 28th, 2008

For the last couple years the Blaho Brothers out of Never Summer have been creating custom made splitboards using the factory after hours.

Starting this December, Never Summer splitboards will be made in production and designed by the Blaho’s.

I just got off the phone with Tracey Canaday, owner of Never Summer Snowboards who said the splitboards will come in 4 sizes: 159cm, 164cm, 169cm, and 172cm.

Looking forward to more information on the Never Summer splitboards as it becomes available.

I was working with Justin and Bently when they were first starting to make the splits. They were pretty good back then so I bet they’ve really got their act together now!

Nope no idea yet on the shape or sizes.

Any new news on this? Just contacted Neversummer and they said they had no plans on starting splitboards on full production. Hopefully I’m misinformed. Would be nice to save the cash instead of ordering a custom one from the Blaho bros.

    Hey Neil,

I’ll be at Never Summer this week so I’ll find out more for you and see what’s going on. I haven’t heard anything since talking with the owner about it in October.

  8. Shayboarder Says:

Talked with Tracey and he said the splitboards are still going through the Blaho’s to get them done.
