It was a slow start to the day, took a while this morning to get up and then went outside to enjoy the fresh 5 inches of snow overnight with my dog.
Here’s my dog trying to catch the snow I’m throwing at her
Picked up Amy and headed to the mountain for an afternoon of riding.
We are still waiting on the rest of the mountain to open up. Hopefully this week more terrain will be open especially on the upper mountain. The line for Christie Peak Express wasn’t too bad, waited a couple minutes to take each run and after a couple runs it died down.
Even with the new snow, today was pretty tracked out on the runs by the time we got up. Pretty much dust on crust, icy conditions especially in the lift lines. Other than that, coverage is filling in and not bad riding.
So today I messed around with filming just for practice, I’ve been thinking about it and wondering if I should do more with films for the blog. Watch this with your sound on and tell me what you think.
