You'll know when you have overhang cause your toes will catch when riding. If they are on your board and you can tilt it onto edge and they won't catch, then don't worry about it. Definitely not meant for wide feet but see what ww you are riding now and if your stance is wide enough and angles are enough to go this narrow for you.
