Driven Studio conceptualized, brokered, and executed the Gordini Artist Series Project. GASP features three limited-edition goggles designed by creative luminaries Dave Kinsey, and Mikey Welsh.
About the artists:
California-based Dave Kinsey’s work tackles the complexities of modern life through the lens of urban figures and street art. Sometimes dark, always incisive, Kinsey’s arresting presentations of raw emotion have been shown in galleries and museums worldwide, as well as at his own Gallery, BLK/MRKT.
Self-taught artist Mikey Welsh taps a vein of pure expression and spontaneity when he paints, rarely using brushes and instead working with his hands to get closer to subject matter. Based out of his Burlington, VT studio, the resulting explosion of color and aggression has earned the former bassist of Weezer national attention, magazine and newspaper coverage and several successful solo exhibitions.
