If you have an issue with this kind of brand, a brand that has major ties to the Snow and Skate culture, then find another subculture. This kind of "guerilla promotion" is what has allowed sports such as skateboarding and snowboarding to flourish and become known to the public. Being from Seattle I watched the Spacecraft movement grow from being a small company to now being where they are at and without funds to advertise, they created a way to showcase the brand everywhere around the city and it expanded as a movement out that way. I consider Spacecraft artwork and seeing the snowcat is just one step to making their art. Not everyone considers graffiti art, so it's one of those things. I'm really glad Colby became an industry profile, it's great to see Spacecraft known and I love that he started as an intern and is now a designer. Can't wait to see more work from him in the future.
