I am the anon above without high hopes. Looks like they did come correct with their credit. I had a total of 45.91 they should have credited me, but my cc company said they actually gave me 60.41 credit, so i guess they even gave me back some of my shipping.

Thank you eesa.com for at least coming correct on that end of the deal.

like Jessica said above. If they weren't going out of business and had to do it over again, i wouldn't.

I also only received 2 out of the 5 things I ordered. Plus 3 items I didn't order and 1 of them I have no clue what it is for! I hope they make good on the refund and hopefully be honest and refund some of the shipping too!

Ryan i had a similar experience and only received 2 out of the 7 items i ordered, plus two things that i didn't order and don't want. i also work in a small business and totally understand that sometimes inventory can get behind on orders. but we always make sure to call or email customers right away to let them know exactly what isn't available anymore, and give them the option to choose something else or cancel their order entirely. after a month of waiting for my stuff to arrive i expected at least a heads up.

if eesa weren't going out of business already i'd say i'd never order from them again.

I heard about the refunds going on if your orders weren't filled...definitely a bummer and hopefully it gets taken care of sooner than later. The last known number I have for eesa is 802.244.7077.

I received all the socks I ordered (all women's) but was missing two shirts from the order so I'm sure that'll get taken care of. I'm pretty patient when I know the person running it is doing it with limited resources and I only paid $8 for the missing items. Definitely if it was more expensive and money I need, I'd be freaking out a bit.

Hopefully it'll all be fixed soon.

I also just received my order an only had 4 items (3 of them being socks) out of 14 purchased. There is a note that states they will give credits back 3-5 days after the 11th. However, I don't count on that total being correct considering they got the size wrong on 2 of my socks, and the 1 shirt. Also, considering it took them damn close to a month to get caught up, i am not trusting anything.

Here's what I find odd about the whole thing. They have a webmaster that took the time to change the price on the items they were dumping; however, they don't have anyone to monitor the website realizing that it's traffic just increased probably 1000x's?

here's the note they attached to the order:
"thanks for your order and sorry for the delays, we were completely overwhelmed by the sheer volume of orders. In fact, our online store was so overwhelmed it sold itmes that were sold out and as such you mhave have received less than you ordered. If that is the case, we will be issueing refunds starting the week of jan 11. "

When your website is tied directly to your inventory back end, how is this possible to happen?

oh yeah one more thing. Me and everyone else paid 20.00+ for shipping but only received 4 items with a total weighing less than a 1lbs. Do we get refunded for our shipping too?

btw eesa.com has no phone number listed anywhere on their site.

I just received my order and it contained just 1 item out of the 13 that I ordered. Eesa has not responded to my emails during this entire process. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

I emailed both eesa and the email it told me to contact when I got the error page. It had something to do with prices in the cart as well.
All is good now!
