I just felt more control over the custom and not needing to stay centered over the bolts as much. Krz, tough choice between custom and sierrascope. I like both equally, sierrascope has been a fun board this year but I also enjoyed the custom when I rode it. I think whichever you pick, you are getting a solid board.
