What a great day on snow! Session 6 arrived to Windells Camp with campers finally hitting the snow today. It’s definitely feeling like summer is coming to an end and time to make sure I get tricks I wanted from this summer.
Yesterday Never Summer arrived in town with their riders Nick De Cicco, Cooper Hoffmeister, Ryan Cruze and Chris Lynch. They’ll be filming this week in camp so stoked to have them here all week.
The first couple laps I took with Never Summer which was perfect for warming up the day and watching the boys ride again. Nick De Cicco is back from knee surgery so he was stoked to be on snow again.
I was stoked for today’s riding because I hit 3 new features and fell a lot. I finally hit the corrugated tube and a couple stall features like the barrier and triangle box.
Each session we have new features and here’s the newest one. First jump in the park line with a pole jib out of it, unknown skier hitting it.
Never Summer getting in some riding and filming on the rail line today. Here’s Cooper shooting Nick.

One of the rad parts about this summer is seeing familiar faces from last summer’s session 7. It was rad to see Eddie Wall Sr back on his snowboard and charging session 6 this year. He’s at camp and his son Eddie Wall is in town as well so I spent the afternoon with them watching the father/son duo show off their smooth style on the jump line. Eddie Wall Sr was Camper of the Day for Windells.

Such a fun day on the mountain for my riding and getting to watch others ride like Never Summer and the Wall family. Stoked for more of session 6 and what’s to come!

Martin- Cooper has one of the Canon HD cams, small and effective. I know it’s one of the models below the hfs-11, he got it for around $500…
Wish you guys were there for session 5, I didn’t have anyone to film with. Get it done boys…
