Timberline & Windells Camp 7/30/10

There are definitely some days that don’t feel as progressive as others and my mind is not in the right place…today was one of those days.  I really wasn’t feeling the mountain but made it up to get in some turns, try something new and hope for the best.  I still have no complaints though but more just needing to step up my riding cause I feel in a rut right now.

As soon as I arrived in the park, Mackenzie was like watch this and totally rode off the pipe over the staircase set.  It was impressive and caught it on camera.  Mackenzie won the Pipe to Pipe a couple weeks back.

The Never Summer crew was back on the slopes hitting all the features for the day.  Here’s Ryan Cruze on the dream feature which is a rhythm section you can get some fun air off of.

I ended up tagging along with Tyler Barnes ski group and found Monica for Camper of the Day who was trying her tricks all day long.

For the end of the day I headed to the pipe and took in some music to end out the afternoon.  Definitely not my best day on the slopes but still happy to be shredding.

Despite a not-s0-great day on the slopes, the evening at Windells was perfect.  We had Del the funky homosapien come to Windells in the evening for a private show for campers and staff. How rad is that!  It definitely made the evening so much fun!
