Mammoth 11/16/10

Since we opened last Thursday, it’s been sunny everyday on the slopes which is always hard to resist a bluebird day on the mountain.  Today was had a great day at Mammoth, passed 50K in facebook fans so it was rad to see the mountain pass that milestone.  I headed out to the slopes at lunchtime for a ride break with my co-worker Alex for a couple laps and we just lapped chair #1 from the base of Main Lodge.

Conditions were definitely hardpacked and some icy spots but it was just good to get outside in the sun snowboarding so much that I didn’t care what was below the board.  This coming up weekend is the Rome Premature Jibulation contest in Mammoth, so happy to finally check it out on snow!
