Snowcial’s Blog University

This has been an amazing winter so far.  Moving to California has exceeded all my dreams in terms of the mountain, the job and a fresh start.  One of the rad things coming up is being part of the Tahoe Snowcial in a few weeks.  The Tahoe Snowcial is where technology, community and snowsports meet up and it begins on January 6th in South Lake Tahoe.  It’s a rad conference with four days of events including a day of speakers and lots of snowboarding.  On Friday January 7th, Snowcial will host Blog University which focuses on, ” How Snow Sports and Travel bloggers, and any blogger for that matter, can grow their audience and maximize their voice.”

I’m excited to be able to head to Snowcial to participate in part of the conference but the main reason I’ll be there is to be the keynote speaker at the Blog University.  I’m really excited to tell my story about shayboarder.com and my experiences in blogging so far.  Of course I’m nervous but really stoked for the opportunity and it gives me a chance to check out Snowcial!
