Mammoth 2/9/11

09 Feb, 2011

Today was the first day of the WWSRA demo at Mammoth which meant my lunch/ride break was spent trying out boards for the demo day.  It was a beautiful day for demo’ing, sunshine and groomed runs.  Plenty of companies were in the parking lot at chair #2 with demos for industry shops.

I ended up riding two setups with the time I had, tried out the Signal OG with my bindings and the Rome Mod with Rome Targa bindings.  Each board got a couple laps on groomers, then in Forest Trail park, then groomers.

Watched the Stomping Grounds park everytime I headed up chair 6, today and tomorrow it’s free to try out which is always fun to hear of people getting stoked on it.  I didn’t make it in but definitely planning to spend a day trying it out again and getting flips.
