It didn’t feel like the last day of the season but today was the last day of operations at Mammoth Mountain. Daily till July 4 and we stuck with it. The mountain ended with incredible conditions, top to bottom snowboarding and tons of people on the mountain. Like any holiday for a ski resort, I was working today but ended up taking laps to enjoy the last day and get some photos for the Mammoth Facebook page to celebrate the last day.
Even though the mountain is closed, I’m not planning to be done yet. Hoping to splitboard this weekend and then call it a season.
