Last time it was just us was back in 2008. We want to go somewhere in BC, like maybe some backcountry stuff in Squamish or just go to Whistler or somewhere else in BC. Already am super excited!

UTAH!!! Went to park city and Canyons last March for the first time ever and can’t wait to do it again. The powder was fresh and even though I got stuck on a lift ALONE for over an hour because of weather conditions the fresh powder that was falling from the sky the whole week I was there made is soooooo worth it!
September 26th, 2011 at 7:53 am
I’m from the UK so we don’t have any huge mountains, this season I’m off to Whistler which will be my first trip outside of Europe… It is going to be epic!

September 26th, 2011 at 9:04 am
Anxious for the season to start. Fresh off minor foot surgery, I want to make this season the most epic yet.
Plans for all that excitement consist of a season at Mount Baker in Washington and putting my avie certs to good use breaking some fresh tracks up Duffy Lake and Zoa in Beautiful British Columbia.
Can’t wait to get me some pow!
September 26th, 2011 at 9:04 am

Whistler….it’s a long trek from NH but so worth it.
September 26th, 2011 at 9:36 am
jackson hole. I heard when the snow is good it can be one of the best places for steeps and chutes.
September 26th, 2011 at 9:40 am
Heading to Whistler …. only a four hour drive and I go up frequently but it’s the trip in March I’m most excited about because I’m going by myself. No stopping when someone else gets tired. No turning around because the path into the backcountry is too sketchy for them to handle. No hesitation from friends as I charge towards the double blacks.
September 26th, 2011 at 9:58 am
Park City, Utah. Specifically The Canyons. So much snow, and so much terrain. Three days is never enough time.
September 26th, 2011 at 10:14 am

September 26th, 2011 at 4:35 pm
I’m really looking forward to my annual pre-christmas trip with my buddy Erik. For the last three seasons, we have gone to a different mountain after my exams but before Christmas. One year it was Kicking Horse, the year after it was Revelstoke, and last year it was Castle. We pretty much determine it the days prior to the trip based on accommodations, snow, etc. It’s definitely a highlight trip and a great way to get some early season tracks.

Baker!
We are spending several months on the West Coast this year, and even with some very large resorts on the roster, lil’ Baker is calling us back. We hit it for the first time ever two years back, and it was instantly obvious why it spawned so many inovators. Back to Baker!

September 28th, 2011 at 10:41 am
The place is only as good as you make it, this year I’m excited to do just that. First year on a college campus and I’ve already scouted out the place at least ten times to find the biggest drop offs best ramps and longest rails. I’m sure I’ll get a season pass and hit up seven springs as well, but there is nothing like making the best of natural park terrain.
September 28th, 2011 at 11:04 am
I am most excited to head to Sugarloaf in January! I’m a newer boarder and cannot wait to check off another mountain on my visited list.
September 28th, 2011 at 11:14 am

September 28th, 2011 at 2:56 pm
Brighton is my home… but I can’t wait to get back on the mountain, wherever it is. I shattered my elbow, lacerated my spleen and bruised my liver and kidney at the end of last season. Needless to say my summer has pretty much sucked. I’m at about 80% now. I might make a trip up to Targhee in February, which is always a treat.
Site looks great as always, way to go Shay!

I might even buy the beers.
I won’t bring my old bag, leave her home to look after the kids.
September 29th, 2011 at 8:22 pm

September 29th, 2011 at 8:55 pm
Hey Everyone! The trip I am most excited about is my new years snowboarding trip with my sister Sam, every year she comes home from Iraq for a few days to be with our family over Christmas. She isn’t in the army anymore but she is still in Iraq working for a private contractor.
She is the one who got me into snowboarding and it was the first thing we ever bonded over. About four years ago my best friend and my boyfriend picked up me Sam on New Years day and we all went out to the mountain. It was the first and last time we were all together. Every year my sister and my boyfriend and I go back to the mountain and snowboard all night and have a drink for our friend Adam. It always snows when we are there, and being on the mountain at night with the lights reminds me of my very first time night snowboarding with Sam, Josh, and Adam. I can’t wait for Sam to come home and hurry back to the mountain. This is the trip I am the most excited about this year! Can’t wait to breath the cold night air and watch the snow falling in the huge bright lights
September 29th, 2011 at 9:25 pm
I look forward to going to Whistler this Christmas! Being in LA I enjoy the park at Mt. High but I would like to experience some real world-class snow this year.
September 29th, 2011 at 9:41 pm
I’m so stoked for my first ever trip to Vail Resorts in Colorado! I live in Washington, and have been snowboarding the local mountains, including Crystal, Stevens, and Baker, and the annual Whistler trip. But Vail?! Yahoo!
And how exciting to be able to keep track of my vertical feet, # of runs made, and uploading photos with #EPICMIX app. I’m banking on the fact that this is going to be another EPIC season.
I want that bag – it will make packing for my trip so convenient!
September 30th, 2011 at 4:34 am
Sick giveaway Shay!
I just planned a Trip to Kicking Horse in Jan. Also have a annual Epic mega long wknd in Massif on the East Coast. I ride a DH normally and figured who better to get his hands on a Ride bag. lol.
Well, i’m stoked for Kicking Horse for sure. Spending 12 days isolated on the mountain. We’ve got out guide money and heli/cat money all banked up. So from now on, its just killing time till January rolls around. Until then, i’ll just keep reading your blogs

September 30th, 2011 at 10:32 am
I am excited to hit up Korea this winter break, Dec 12-31. Pyeongchang resort is gonna be sick. And just being at the mother land will be mind blowing. Can’t wait to hit up the slopes in Asia. I’ll definitely be hitting up my local mountains, Mt High and Bear, before and after my big trip to get myself conditioned.
I hope I get this bag or else I’ll be lugging my boards around bare back all around Asia.
