For 26 years, Rossignol Snowboards has been designing, building and collecting awards for their snowboards. Based around the Amptek Technology, Rossignol Snowboards delivers an effective and easily understood blend of technology with three variations for riding styles.
For technology, Rossignol Snowboards offers Amptek, Magtek and magne traction. Amptek amplification technology offers three varieties: Amptek freestyle, Amptek all-mountain and Amptek Auto Turn. Amptek freestyle features 40% rocker/60% camber, Amptek all-mountain features 60% rocker/40% camber and Amptek Auto Turn features 80% rocker/20% camber. Magtek is Amptek + Magne Traction to help deliver good edgehold, more control and greater performance. Rossignol also uses magne traction in 3 settings: Magne Traction 7M with 7 deep bumps, 7S with 50% smaller bumps and 5S with three smaller bumps between the feet plus the two contact points.
