Wednesday was a big day for the mountain. Tubing opened, the Ice Rink opened and A51 opened. It was the perfect day for heading up early to capture the new park design on the mountain. Whenever I head up early, it’s generally a lap or two for the day while getting photos I can use for social media.

The big perk of early mornings is the corduroy right now. It’s definitely tun to get those first turns in of the day on the best conditions. I rode with my camera so I pointed it behind me and captured this shot of my carves in the snow.

The rest of the morning was spent in A51 getting opening shots for the Facebook gallery before heading back into work. Considering it hasn’t snowed in a while, I’m fine with the sunshine and groomers until it does.
