Last weekend I had the opportunity to spend the morning in the park taking photos of a rider practicing a trick for the upcoming X-Games. The rider was Torstein Horgmo and the trick was the Switch Backside Triple Cork.
It was an early morning in the park to meet up with everyone. The Shredbots would be making an edit in addition to our Keystone filmer capturing footage that we could use after it was released.
It was the perfect day and although the Main Street jump line was closed for sled access, anyone riding A51 chairlift could watch Torstein practice an array of tricks. I sat on the side of the jump to get shots that we could use for Keystone and just enjoyed what I was watching.
And here’s the edit of Torstein landing the switch backside triple cork for the first time.
