After riding for the day, we pre-gamed it up at the GLC which was right next to the Big Air Competition. The athletes had practice time so got to watch their runs before the crowds came out to watch.

Grenade Games 5 continued on with the Superpipe Finals on Blackcomb Mountain with pros ripping, spinning, jibbing and bonking in the superpipe.

On Tuesday, the Grenade Games 5 started in Whister, BC with a variety of competitions and activities planned. Wednesday’s contest was the Dual Slalom Moguls on top of Blackcomb Mountain. To make things more difficult for the athletes, even by the 11am start time the mountain had icy conditions.
