That’s pretty sweet you came up on one. I’ve got my original BSOD still so I’m happy with that.

Barely used. Capita bindings as well. I’m in the Seattle area if you’d like to own a new one again. Peace.

Loved it so much that i ended up buying 3 of them!!! yeah my first one with the red skull got stolen when i was at whistler so i ended up buying the 2nd year and an extra one just in case.

One of them is still brand new mint!!. I’ve owned all kinds of boards Burton, Unity, Ride..and still enjoy taking this out to the park.

It was originally designed for snowboard legend Kevin Jones. He was a superb rider before Shaun White days.

I’ve got the spec sheet but it doesn’t say what the set back is.

I just measured my 03-04 bsod and it has 2″. If you got a measuring tape, you can measure it to find out or give Capita’s office a call and they should be able to tell you.

It says it has a progressive sidecut, but I was wondering what the actual setback in cm was. Thanks!

Awesome your bsod is still in great shape! Mine is still rideable but has zero camber…which i guess is the norm now so it’s fine, haha.

Awesome it treated you well at Whistler. If you get a chance, demo this years black death inc…it’s very similiar to the old bsod but with a bit better construction in my mind. Would love your opinion as another bsod lover on it.

Fortunately for the board (and unfortunately for me), I live in Southeast Michigan where you can’t easily ride 150 days a year- so this board is still in great shape.

Took it out to Whistler last week and it was indeed the greatest board on the hill. It’s a long way from retirement.

Yeah retiring it is pretty sad but fun to take it out every now and then. I’ve rode mine a couple days this year even though it’s retired.

It’s taken everything I’ve thrown at it and more. Sadly I think I am going to retire it this year for Capita’s Indoor Survival.
