In my opinion, the Super Sport is stiffer than the Rome 390 Boss, with a bit less feeling in the base plate... I road before the Drake Mentor (green one) 2 years ago and regardless of the good fit on strap, the Mentor was way too stiff for me without any feeling on the base plate (Mentor is a pure freeride bindings) for charging...   The super sport is in between the Mentor and the Fifty... but in my opinion still too stiff and less feeling than the 390. 390 Boss with the Canted base plate this year is a serious binding for sure... a bit heavier than the K2 Canted (Auto or Formula) and Ride but still a good value and 100 days top proof bindings
