					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for doing this profile on Jon. I work in Boreal ski school as a snowboard instructor. Jon is a helpful co-worker and a savvy marketing person. You can tell how hard he works from the two numbers 80+ days &#038; 66 feet of snow. There were a lot of days Jon could have been riding, but he was instead promoting our mountain, putting on fun events like Boxes for Days, shoveling and doing coffee/emails. He is absolutely right about how important beginners are to the industry. The I heart Boreal staff beanie he is wearing in the top photo is a very comfy Neff beanie, BTW.]]></description>
