It gave a great insight and painted well &quot;the big picture&quot;. It was interesting to see how different people saw different aspects of the future of snowboarding.....I wish you can keep asking this question in your new format.

					<description><![CDATA[I truly enjoyed reading all interviews, because the format was consistent and the questions were soooo relevant to 1)getting a job in the industry 2)showing a clear but different path of each interviewer, 3)just plain interesting yet each time different story. 
I don&#039;t have my favourite, but as a group, I liked the womens&#039; stories. 
I don&#039;t know about switching the format. It worked for me. It has extremely well-put together structure. Why change it?
