Location: Winter Park, CO Snow Conditions: Hardpacked to softpacked to icy groomers. Setup: I rode the Roxy Rock-it power bindings on the Roxy Envi and Lib Tech Box Scratcher with my Vans Veil Boots size 8. Time to set up the binding: The rock-it’s were average time to set up but also required some more time to make sure the rear entry and reclining highback was adjusted properly to my boot. Fit: This is one binding where you want to make sure the size fits your boot size properly. The first time I rode the rock-it bindings, they were the small size which fit 5-7 boot sizes and I needed help to get the highback locked on the mountain. But when I rode the right size for my boots, the medium bindings which fit 7-9 boot size, the bindings were great and I could get the highback locked on my own. The fit to the bindings and my boot was perfect, comfortable with no gaps. First Impression: A responsive women’s binding with easy quick access and comfortable padding Appearance: I got to ride both of the colorways on the rock-it bindings, the white with the blue baseplate and the black/tan […]
