Chances are if you were riding chair 6 this afternoon, you had me as a liftie. After seasonal staff is laid off, the year round staff comes out to help on the front lines so that’s what I did the last two days was help out as a liftie at the park chair at Mammoth. It was fun because I got to see people I knew lapping park and I got a couple laps in myself for the day. [singlepic id=11491 w=300 h=583 float=] During my ride break I did Forest Trail laps with the skier and aussies. It was fun to get in some shred time before going back to work for the day. [singlepic id=11492 w=500 h=281 float=] Compared to earlier this year, I’m feeling a lot more comfortable in Forest Trail but still have a ways to go for jumping and tricks. [singlepic id=11493 w=500 h=281 float=] After being a liftie for the afternoon, it was back to the office to finish up my usual job for the day.
