DC Snowboards 2009-2010

Already in their 2nd season of making snowboards, DC continues to add onto their collection with two new additions of snowboards: a men’s board BDR and a women’s board BFT.  They now have seven series of snowboards and for 2010, four pro models within the collection (Ikka, Devun, Lauri and Biittner).  Quite the accomplishment for a 2nd year company, but with much invested in their boot and outerwear they have the ability to dive deeper into freestyle snowboards.

Tthe Bender Done Right (BDR) Series for 09-10 which incorporates a flat profile between the feet and gradual transition into an anti-camber zone just outside the stance.

First year boards were made in Rossignol’s Artes Spain factory. This coming year 2nd, 1/2 in SBF in China, and 1/2 in Artes. The coming 3rd year, has yet to be decided, but none in Artes and probably not K2/Ride’s Shakespeare factory.
