I’m not much of a water/beach person but when you live landlocked in Colorado going to visit the ocean is beautiful and relaxing. I spent Thursday taking off the day from the blog to walk the beach with a friend and just enjoy a day away from the laptop, cell phone and tune out the world. To be honest I wasn’t sure if I could do that but as soon as I left Portland it was something I needed to do.
Now it’s back to the regularly scheduled blog program as I make my way back to Colorado.

haha definitely a possibility. I have surfed twice in Hawaii and it was fun for sure.
