Burton Bindings 2009-2010

The always popular Burton bindings continue on in 09-10 with the variety of cushioning systems, EST technology and various changes to the straps/highbacks/footbeds. While some changes have been done before, it’s certainly bringing them back from the dusty closet of snowboarding.

Burton’s are designed for comfort and 09-10 bindings are no exception to giving your feet some pillows while riding. I spent some time on the two newest designs for 09-10 in bindings, the women’s scribe and molotov which will be reviewed soon.

Those purple Cartels are the hotness. That Infidel reminds me of the old three strap Burtons with the removable top strap (the Freerides? Torques? can’t recall the name)

Why would anybody want a grip tape backing on their bindings. I’m just picturing it rip up my pants quicker than ever.

Well I will track Burton in 2010 and put it back in My Snowboard Company List… (I used to be fan in 2005 but since I stop)
In my opinion, they finally understand in 2010 and now they look like they have goods to rival the industry (V Rocker, good bindings with a toe straps that works)…
Plus, I have to say that they already did well also in 2009 with the boots line (I mean Liner)… and now in 2010 it seems that it is the time where they complete with the bindings and boards (V Rocker)…
They should be a very good alternative (Will see but it is possible that I could back with there product) the only problem is often that they are more expensive…

The V-rocker is just a public joke. No one rides the rocker board (except travis rice to make sales easy) but travis don’t ride the rocker on jumps. They are unstable at highspeed. rocker’s only good for slow powder and parks.

I like the whole burton 2009 line-up (Boards, boots, and bindings) alot more. The colors on the bindings seem plain this year, alot of black and white.
