It was such a nice day and hard to turn down not going outside to ride. Right now since it’s spring break we have more people in town than usual, so lines are longer. Even on my ride break, I decided to just lap park chair.
With no cloud in sight, the weather was warm out. I went out riding in a t-shirt and button up and still was warm when riding. The warm weather is great, but unfortunately it means the season is quickly coming to an end and we’ll see how well the snow holds up when it gets this warm.
Since I was riding by myself, just went and lapped the halfpipe and terrain park. It remained pretty busy with people just cruising through, first timers in the park and the regulars continuously lapping it.
I went back to work, but ended the day to join in friends for Happy Hour at our apres bar, Slopeside. Just sit in the lawn chairs, drink Sunshine and that is a good way to end a day on the slopes and after work.
