Supposedly some snow is on the way and I definitely hope so…but since there hasn’t been new snow, I’ve been lapping the park and pipe. I’m not good at park so this has been an interesting week.
Definitely not Champagne powder
I tried to video myself riding over a barrel but that didn’t come out, so I really just stayed to my ride break without focusing on trying to take photos of me riding by myself. Doesn’t work that great.
The park chair was busy but the pipe was just a couple locals hitting it. It’s becoming a lot more rough to ride, bumpy walls and rutts coming out so if you land in certain spots you can find yourself riding a bump on the vert.
So plans are still in the works to head to Winter Park on Saturday to ride and check out the Winter Park Freeskiing Open. Yep going to a ski competition to support a friend who is competing.
