Got a good night’s sleep last night and woke up ready for some snowboarding at Blackcomb today. Late season conditions are good at Whistler/Blackcomb but you also tend to sleep in a little later as the conditions soften up so it’s less ice and more fun.

I love coming to Whistler especially during Telus Festival, so many things to do from the mountain to the base area. I’ve spent plenty of years clubbing that this year I’m more about the riding but there’s always a lot of apres’ after riding.

The sun was out for most of today on the mountain, offering up slushy conditions as the day went on.

Our riding crew today consisted of Joe, Mike, Kendra and myself. Later on Ben joined us for the last couple runs before apres’
Needless to say, we had a lot of fun without new snow conditions and enjoyed each other’s company all day long.

We stayed on Blackcomb, watched the superpipe ski events but mostly took laps in the sunshine.
